For nine years I was a supervisor at a gym in the kids center and three and half years as an Assistant Director at a local Childcare center. I have been married for 30 years to my husband Clay. We have three children Caitlyn, Courtney and Clifton and 5 grandchildren Jaxson, Aubrey, Bryson, Whitney & Blake. I am very passionate about children and love working with them to see them succeed! There is nothing better than a hug from a child or a child’s laughter!
Jeanna Pine
Owner of Omaha & PapillionHi, I'm Jeanna! I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and have been passionate about early childhood care and education for as long as I can remember. My husband, Tashone, and I live in Gretna with our four amazing children—Alexa, Aliyah, Treyvn, and Saige. Before opening our first center in 2016 with my business partner, I spent nine years running a licensed in-home daycare. That experience laid the foundation for the vision I bring to Through the Years Childcare: a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child is given the opportunity to grow at their own pace. My passion for creating something truly different was deeply influenced by our son Treyvn, who was born with Down Syndrome. Experiencing the childcare world through the lens of a special needs parent opened my eyes to how much more we can—and should—do to support every child’s development. When I’m not at the centers or meeting with families, I’m usually in full “mom mode”—cheering from the sidelines at soccer, basketball, cheer, or football. And yes, I try to sneak in a date night whenever possible! Each day, I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with our families and staff, and to ensure every child feels seen, supported, and loved.
Jenny Roux
Director PapillionMy name is Jenny Roux, and I am honored to be part of your childcare journey. With 27 years of experience in early childhood education—including the past 13 years in leadership roles—I bring a lifelong passion for nurturing and educating young children. My journey in this field began at just 14 years old when I started working at an in-home daycare. It was there that I was inspired to create environments where children not only learn academics but also thrive socially and emotionally. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of childcare settings, each one deepening my understanding of what high-quality early childhood education looks like for all children. I strongly believe that learning is a shared experience. I learn just as much from the children, families, and staff as I hope they learn from me. Building meaningful relationships and fostering a community of growth and support is at the heart of everything I do. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of four: Brandon (19), Parker (17), Payton (16), and Remi (10). My boyfriend Shane and I stay busy cheering on Parker and Payton, who both play Varsity football for Papillion La Vista High School—Go Monarchs! We also enjoy camping at the Platte River and spending time with our extended family. I grew up in La Vista and currently live in Millard. I am truly excited to watch your children grow, learn, and thrive here at Through the Years Childcare. I look forward to the wonderful journey ahead as we work together to support your child’s development.

Assistant Director OmahaMarie is the assistant director and proud graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University (Class of 2020) With over eight years of experience in childcare, she has held a variety of roles within the business, gaining a deep understanding of both classroom dynamics and administrative leadership. Her passion for supporting children, families and staff is at the heart of her work in creating a nurturing and high-quality learning environment.
